CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Players must Create an Account to be able to participate:
- Account is free
- Account allows you to:
- View the schedule
- Purchase a package
- Sign the required waiver forms

how to Pre-register
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
If you do not yet have an account, you will need to create one. This is not the same as a Shoot 360 account.

- Click “Don’t have an account? Register here.
- Create an Account for the Player
SIGN IN
If you already have an account, simply log in to the account for the player you wish to register.
- Visit: http://secure.ezfacility.com/TMSSelfService/NoAuth/Login.aspx?FID=10796
- Enter the Username and Password for the player you wish to register.
PURCHASE A PACKAGE
- Log in to your account
- Click on “Buy” ===> Then on “Sessions”
- Click the Program you wish to Register for: Drop-in Pickleball
- Select your package (Single Session) and click "Purchase"
- Enter your payment info
- Log Back in and book the sessions you want to attend before they are full (see below for instructions)!
BOOK YOUR SESSIONS (via website)
- Log in to your account
- Click "Book Sessions"
- Click the “Filter” button (top bar of the calendar)
- Filter by schedule (icons at top)
- Scroll through the calendar and click on a drop-in session you want to book.
- Confirm the Information and date are correct for the class you wish to book
- Click the “Book” button in the pop up window*
- Repeat as needed
*Note if in Step 4 it says “Buy Session’ instead of “Book Me” you may not have credit on your account or are trying to register for a session that you do not have a package for
BOOK YOUR SESSIONS (mobile app)
- Download MemberMe+ mobile app in your smart phone’s App Store
- Select “Ultimate Fieldhouse” as “My Club”
- Log in to your account by going into the settings in the app
- Click "Schedules”
- Scroll through the calendar and click on a drop-in session you want to book.
- Confirm the Information and date are correct for the class you wish to book
- Click the “Book” button in the pop up window
Drop-in Package Terms and Conditions
Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered.
Package/Clinic Terms
- Packages/Sessions may not be split or shared between players.
- All packages and sessions expire 6 months after purchase, regardless of facility usage.
- Packages will not be put on hold, frozen or extended for any reason.
- Walk in players (players who do not pre-register) may be turned away if there is no availability
- Sessions can only be redeemed during scheduled sessions - view our portal for the full calendar: ultimatefieldhouse.ezfacility.com
- Each player should have their own account and their own sessions on their account.
Rescheduling Sessions
Players have up to 2 hours prior to class/session to cancel (must cancel via your online account). Failure to do so will be counted as a "No Show" and will result in a loss of credit each time
