Director of Rise Basketball Training
Marcus attended Brigham Young University (BYU) where he worked in the athletic department by assisting the women’s basketball team with operations, coaching youth camps, and competing as a practice player.
Following his graduation from BYU, he moved to the Bay Area and accepted an opportunity at De La Salle High School as a Varsity Assistant Coach. Marcus also spent time coaching at the collegiate level as an Assistant Coach at Cal State East Bay. Following his time coaching at the college level, he started Rise basketball training which quickly has become one of the most reputable training programs in California.
Marcus and his wife live in Concord with their kids Micah (6), Aaron (4), Halle (2) and JJ (2 Months).
