    Free Assessments

    New Player Pathway Assessments are a free entry point designed to help families understand the best basketball path for their child at the Ultimate Fieldhouse.

    This experience is built for new and developing players who want clarity before
    committing to a league, team, camp, or training program.

    Each session includes both an on court evaluation and a short meeting with our
    staff to help guide families toward the best next step.

    Session Length: 45 Minutes

    • On Court Skill Assessment, 30 minutes
    • Player Pathway Review, 15 minutes

    Skill Assessment

    Players are guided through individual basketball skill work focused on core fundamentals.

    Areas evaluated include:

    • Ball Handling
    • Finishing
    • Passing
    • Shooting

    There is no scrimmaging or head to head play. Each player is evaluated individually in a low pressure environment so coaches can accurately assess skill level, experience, and readiness.

    Player Pathway Review

    Following the on court portion, families participate in a short Player Pathway Review
    with our coaching staff.

    During this conversation our coaches will:

    • Share observations from the assessment
    • Identify the best fit programs for the player
    • Answer questions about development options
    • Provide clear recommendations for next steps

    Our goal is to help families make confident and informed decisions about what comes
    next for their player.

    Program Details

    • Grades: 2 to 12
    • Skill Levels: All skill levels welcome
    • Ideal For: Players new to organized basketball or families exploring the right starting point
    • Cost: FREE

    Spots are limited and pre registration is required.
