Jules Colas
Facility Operations Manager
Jules joined Basketball Nation in 2025 after relocating in the Bay Area from France.
Born and raised in France, Jules graduated with a Master’s degree in Sports Management and Communication in 2023. Prior to that, he played basketball for 12 years at regional level, developing a strong understanding of the game both on and off the court.
His experience includes event operations at major sports venues, including Major League Baseball and French Ligue 1 soccer, social media management and digital content creation, with a focus on video production and photography.
At the Ultimate Fieldhouse, Jules oversees facility operations, staff management, and court rentals while leading the development of youth programs such as Smaller Ballers, Lil Ballers, and 3×3 basketball. He also plays a key role in the organization’s marketing and communications, creating content that promotes Basketball Nation’s programs and strengthens its connection with the community.
