    Overview

Our staff is made up of dedicated and experienced basketball professionals, including college, high school, and youth coaches, as well as current and former college and high school players. Each member of our staff shares a commitment to serving your child and supporting Excel’s mission: “To Change the World One Player at a Time.”

Many of our instructors once attended Excel as campers themselves and have returned as coaches to give back to a program that played an important role in their own development. This tradition creates a unique environment where passion for the game and appreciation for the Excel experience are passed down from one generation of players to the next.

We maintain a high instructor-to-camper ratio to ensure every player receives the individual attention and encouragement they deserve. Our coaches are committed not only to teaching basketball skills, but also to helping players build confidence, character, and a lifelong love for the game.

We are especially proud of the many Excel alumni who have gone on to become full-time coaches at the youth, high school, college, and even NBA levels. These individuals first learned the game at Excel and now continue to influence the next generation of players through coaching and mentorship. On the staff roster, these coaches are highlighted in blue to recognize their connection to Excel and their continued impact on the game.

    What Parents Are Saying

“My son, along with countless others, has had an incredible experience at Excel. His coach was encouraging, motivating, and full of praise. My son has been attending Excel for three years now and he is very proud of what he has accomplished there. Thank you to you and your entire staff.”
