    League Details

This is a short, low-commitment season built for one thing: getting high school players into real games. There are no practices and no weekly training schedule. You show up on Sunday, you play, and you go home.

This is not a skill development program. Coaching happens during games and in the pre-game and post-game huddles. If you want live reps against other high school players without adding another practice schedule to your week, this league is for you.

The league welcomes boys and girls in grades 9–12. You do not need a full team. Register on your own and we will place you on a team, sign up with a few friends and ask to play together, or enter a full team of at least eight registered players.

    EVALUATION DAY

    Friday, November 6 | 4:30 - 6:00 PM

Two days before games start, we bring registered players in for an evaluation session. Our staff uses it to place each player on the right team, so rosters are balanced and the games are competitive.

It is not mandatory, but we ask every player to attend. Without seeing you play, it is much harder for our staff to evaluate players and build fair teams.

Everyone in grades 9–12 is welcome in either division. You choose when you register.

    Blue Division

    Freshmen & Sophomores

We encourage 9th and 10th graders to sign up for Blue.

    Red Division

    Juniors & Seniors

The more challenging division, built for older and more experienced players. We encourage 11th and 12th graders to sign up for Red.

Both divisions are coed. Boys and girls play together.

Up to four teams per division, with about ten players per team.

    Questions

    Is Evaluation Day a tryout?

No. Everyone who registers is placed on a team. Evaluation Day on Friday, November 6, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM, helps our staff see each player so we can build balanced teams.

Do I have to attend Evaluation Day?

It is not mandatory, but we ask every player to come. It is much harder for our staff to place you fairly if we have not seen you play. It is also a free workout included with your registration.

    Are there practices?

No. Games are on Sundays and there are no practices during the week.

    Will players get coaching?

Yes, during games and in the pre-game and post-game huddles. This league is about live game reps. It is not a skill development or training program.

Do I need a team to sign up?

No. Register as an individual and we will place you on a team. You can also request to play with friends, or enter a full team of at least eight registered players.

    Which division should I pick?

Either one is open to you. We encourage freshmen and sophomores to sign up for Blue, and juniors and seniors to sign up for Red. Red is the more challenging division.

    Is the league coed?

Yes. Boys and girls play together in both divisions. If enough girls register, we will add a girls-only division. We will make that decision by Sunday, November 1, and let families know.

    What time are games?

Sunday evenings at 6:00, 6:50, 7:40 or 8:30 PM. Your team plays one game each Sunday.

How many games will my team play?

Five. Three regular-season games, one semifinal, and a championship or third-place game on December 13.

    When does registration close?

Thursday, November 5, or when the league sells out. Evaluation Day is the next day, Friday, November 6.

    Five Sundays. Five games.

Registration closes November 5, or when the league sells out.
