Shoot 360 App Help
Basketball Nation uses the Shoot 360 app for Shoot 360 training features, including booking workouts, viewing workout results, tracking progress, and managing scheduled sessions.

Download App
Use this section to download the Shoot 360 app so you can access Shoot 360 training features through Basketball Nation.
1. Open the App Store on iPhone or the Google Play Store on Android.
2. Search for Shoot 360.
3. Download and install the app on your device.
4. Open the Shoot 360 app once the download is complete.
5. Keep the app installed so you can manage your Shoot 360 training features.
1. Make sure you have the correct Shoot 360 account information.
2. Use the account connected to the player using Shoot 360.
3. If more than one player uses Shoot 360, double-check that you are using the correct login.
4. Have your email and password ready before opening the app.
5. If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the login screen.
Important: The Shoot 360 app is separate from LeagueApps and EZFacility.

Log in
Use this section to log in to the Shoot 360 app and connect to the correct Basketball Nation Shoot 360 location.
1. Open the Shoot 360 app on your phone or tablet.
2. If the app asks for a location, select Ultimate Fieldhouse.
3. Tap the option to Log In or Sign In.
4. Enter the email connected to your Shoot 360 account.
5. Enter your password.
6. Tap Log In to access your account.
1. Make sure Ultimate Fieldhouse is selected as the location.
2. Make sure you are logged into the correct Shoot 360 account.
3. If more than one athlete uses Shoot 360, check that the correct athlete account is selected.
4. Once logged in, you can book sessions, view your schedule, and check workout results.
5. If the app does not load correctly, close the app and open it again.
1. Open the Shoot 360 app.
2. Make sure Ultimate Fieldhouse is selected as the location.
3. Tap Forgot Password or the password reset option on the login screen.
4. Enter the email connected to your Shoot 360 account.
5. Check your email for password reset instructions.
6. Return to the app and log in with your updated password.
Important: Your Shoot 360 login is separate from LeagueApps and EZFacility.

Book Sessions
Use this section to book available Shoot 360 sessions and classes through the Shoot 360 app.
1. Open the Shoot 360 app.
2. If the app asks for a location, select Ultimate Fieldhouse.
3. Log in to the correct Shoot 360 account.
4. Go to the Schedule, Book, or Sessions area of the app.
5. Choose the shooting or skills session you want to attend.
6. Select the date and time that works best for you.
7. Tap Book, Reserve, or the confirmation button shown in the app.
1. Open the Shoot 360 app.
2. If the app asks for a location, select Ultimate Fieldhouse.
3. Log in to the correct Shoot 360 account.
4. Tap Classes to view the class schedule.
5. Select the class you want to attend.
6. Review the class name, date, and time.
7. Tap the booking or confirmation button shown in the app.
1. Shooting and Skills sessions open 7 days in advance at midnight.
2. Classes can be booked 1 month in advance.
3. Sessions and classes may fill up, so book early when possible.
4. Always check that your booking appears in your schedule after confirming.
Important: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
Helpful tip: If you do not see the session or class you are looking for, check that Ultimate Fieldhouse is selected and that you are logged into the correct Shoot 360 account.

View Schedule
Use this section to view your upcoming Shoot 360 sessions in the Shoot 360 app.
1. Open the Shoot 360 app.
2. Log in to the correct Shoot 360 account.
3. Go to the Schedule, Calendar, or Upcoming Sessions area of the app.
4. Review the sessions currently booked on the account.
5. Tap a session to view more details, such as the date, time, and session information.
1. Confirm the session name or workout type.
2. Check the correct date.
3. Review the start time.
4. Make sure the session is under the correct player account.
5. Check your schedule again before arriving.
Important: If a session does not appear in your schedule, it may not be booked yet.
Helpful tip: After booking a session, always check your schedule to make sure it was confirmed.

Workout Results
Use this section to check your Shoot 360 workout results, progress, and training activity in the Shoot 360 app.
1. Open the Shoot 360 app.
2. Log in to the correct Shoot 360 account.
3. Go to the Results, Stats, Analytics, or Workout History area of the app.
4. Select the workout or session you want to review.
5. Review the results shown for that workout.
1. Review recent workout activity.
2. Check shooting results, scores, or training numbers shown in the app.
3. Compare your results with previous workouts when available.
4. Make sure the results are under the correct player account.
5. Continue checking the app after each Shoot 360 session to track progress.
Important: Results may only appear after a completed Shoot 360 workout or session.

Multiple Accounts
Use this section if more than one athlete in your family uses the Shoot 360 app.
1. Create a Shoot 360 account for each athlete.
2. Log in to the Shoot 360 app as one athlete.
3. Tap the white ball in the top right-hand corner of the app.
4. Tap the athlete’s name.
5. Tap Add Relation to connect another athlete.
1. Make sure the correct athlete account is selected.
2. Book sessions or classes only under the athlete who will be attending.
3. Check the correct athlete’s schedule before arriving.
4. View workout results under the correct athlete account.
5. Switch accounts when managing another athlete.
Important: Each athlete’s schedule, bookings, and workout results may be connected to their own Shoot 360 account.
